Also on the North Coast, Praia do Perequê is the setting for shows and events. The beach has white sand, coconut trees, kiosks and cycle paths. The sunset at Praia do Perequê is one of the most beautiful in the center of the island.

Praia da Feiticeira

Praia da Feiticeira is also on the North Coast of the island, the beach has plenty of shade from coconut trees and natural pools. The oldest residents of Ilhabela believe in a legend full of mysteries. 

On Feiticeira beach is Fazenda São Mathias. Former residents say that the farm's owner accumulated immense wealth. There was also a tavern there that was a meeting point for pirates and sailors from slave and merchant ships who docked there in search of provisions and information.

One day, already quite old and fearing being plundered, she asked for help from her slaves and buried her treasure in the place known as Burrows and killed them all to prevent them from revealing the secret. Since then, the owner became known as a witch, went crazy and was never seen again.

Castelhanos beach

This beach is on the South Coast of the island, meaning it faces the ocean. Castelhanos beach is two kilometers long, has rough seas, a long strip of silver sand and clear streams. 

Jabaquara Beach

Considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Ilhabela, Jabaquara can be seen from the road, from a viewpoint that opens up an incredible panoramic view. Very preserved, it is surrounded by trees and crossed by streams. Clean waters are sought after for spearfishing.
