Em momentos desafiadores a transparência e a empatia são essenciais. Queremos compartilhar informações importantes sobre como lidamos com eventos imprevistos, porém, primeiro, devemos separar o que é cada caso:
Força Maior:
Refere-se a eventos imprevisíveis e inevitáveis, como desastres naturais, guerras ou Fato do Príncipe, sempre oficializado pelo Poder Público e que haja proibição da operação regular por parte do hotel.
Caso Fortuito:
Diz respeito a eventos imprevisíveis e inevitáveis associados a causas naturais, como grandes tempestades ou deslizamentos que impeçam a chegada, mesmo que por vias alternativas, ou a permanência no destino, também oficializados pelo Poder Público, seja no destino ou na origem.
Incapacidade Pessoal:
Refere-se à impossibilidade do hóspede chegar ou ficar no hotel devido a eventos relacionados à saúde, acidentes pessoais ou adventos fora de seu controle.
Situações de Força Maior e Caso Fortuito:
Nosso Compromisso com a sua segurança: Em caso de força maior ou caso fortuito, como eventos naturais extraordinários, pandemias ou outras circunstâncias imprevisíveis, queremos assegurar que nossa prioridade número um é a segurança e o bem-estar de nossos hóspedes e colaboradores.
Flexibilidade nas Reservas: Entendemos que circunstâncias fora do nosso controle podem afetar os planos de viagem. Em caso de impacto direto em suas reservas, ofereceremos flexibilidade para reprogramação ou, quando o hotel não puder cumprir com seu papel em datas futuras, auxiliaremos no processo de cancelamento.
Situações de Incapacidade Pessoal e eventos aleatórios:
Nosso Compromisso com você: Em caso de incapacidade pessoal como de doenças, acidentes e também por previsão do tempo, eventos cancelados ou qualquer caso onde não há controle do hotel e/ou do hóspede sobre o ocorrido, faremos de tudo para apoia-los enquanto estiver no hotel ou antes da chegada!
Flexibilidade nas Reservas: Temos disponíveis as tarifas reembolsáveis, com cancelamento grátis, exatamente para que tenha garantido um prazo maior em emergências. É importante que nos avise o ocorrido antes do vencimento deste prazo, porém, infelizmente, quando fora dos prazos, serão usadas as políticas válidas no seu voucher de reserva.
Pedimos paciência e compreensão pois todos somos afetados. Se trata de pessoas atendendo pessoas em ambos lados. Cancelamentos fora dos prazos estabelecidos geram grandes perdas também para o hotel e sua equipe… lembre-se que o tempo não volta e não há como recuperar o ocorrido em datas passadas ou de última hora. Tenha certeza que o hóspede é nosso bem maior e que faremos o que estiver em nosso alcance para satisfazê-lo, assim como os colaboradores e suas famílias!

- A stowage, disinfection and change of linen of the accommodation will be done every 3 days. The guest can choose to receive or not the simple cleaning service during their stay. They will not be able to stay in the accommodation during cleaning.
– At check-in we ask that you have your documents in hand, including all children, to speed up the process.
- There will be priority for the risk group.
– All interactions at reception must respect the minimum distance in the queue and at the service desk.
– The service luggage transport is suspended, both on arrival and departure.
– Cleaning protocol will focus on sanitizing accommodations with certified products and every precaution will be taken for your safety.
– Breakfast will have a different time and be scheduled in advance at reception.
– There will be greater spacing between tables and specific protocols for handling breakfast food.
– Coffee will be served in the lounge and external areas, maintaining maximum occupancy protocols.
– During phases in which the restaurants are working exclusively via Delivery, the hotel will provide space, plates, cutlery and glasses for your greatest convenience.
*The hotels do not have their own restaurant.
– Swimming pools, saunas, games room, barbecue areas and gym will operate with appointment and with maximum number of people. In some phases they may have more restricted schedules or not be available.
– Maintain distance and not generate agglomerations in any area of the hotel.

There will be signs on the premises of the hotel, but the most important thing is to follow the team's instructions!

What changes in the Red Phase in Ilhabela for tourists? Almost anything…
– Hotels and inns continue to work with all protocols.
– The beaches and several waterfalls are open for visitation.
– Private tours are allowed.
– Ferry operating normally in both directions.
– Restaurants and bars worked by Delivery and Drive-thru with delivery to hotels and pick-up at the counter on the beaches (only there is no waiter).
– Open essential services such as markets, pharmacies, bakeries, banks, buses, etc.
– Several non-essential services operate with specific protocols until 20:00 and some will be partially paused until further notice.

– Several non-essential shops and services open until 20:00.
– Activities that generate agglomerations are prohibited.

What changes at this stage in Ilhabela for the tourist?
– From 29/8 will not be required the PCR exam on weekends to access Ilhabela. From Sundays at 16:01 until Fridays at 23:59 you won't need the test either. Until the date described above, from 00:00 on Saturday to 16:00 on Sunday it will be mandatory to present proof of vaccination (2nd dose) or negative PCR test performed up to 48 hours before arrival on the ferry.
– Except on public holidays, if you board the ferry at Fridays until 23:59 you will not need a PCR test. From 00:00 on Saturday until 16:00 on Sunday, to access Ilhabela, it will be mandatory to present proof of vaccination (2nd dose) or negative PCR test performed up to 48 hours before arrival.
Children up to 11 years old do not need the exam.

In the holidays proof of vaccination (2nd dose) or PCR exam may be required from 2:00 pm on the previous day.
We recommend that you do the nasal PCR test or drugstore antigen, cheaper and ready in 15 minutes, in your city 2 days before the trip or book in advance at the pharmacies in São Sebastião:
